Inside Sales Manager

Location: Boulder office

Position: Full-time

The Sales Manager will be responsible for heavy phone sales via cold calling and warm calling of inbound leads. Documentation of all activity is key to our success.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Cold calling (30–80 calls a day, depending on client needs)
  • Recording of all activity in various CRMs
  • Presenting client demos (for our technology clients)
  • Daily and weekly goal setting and reporting
  • Maintain a follow-up system and conduct follow-up calls to move the sale forward
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationship
  • Exemplify teamwork and positive attitude with other sales staff

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales/outbound calling
  • Motivated individual with aggressive selling skills
  • PC proficiency in a Windows environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and manage personal productivity
