You have real control over what we collect and what we share. This page lists every choice available to you and exactly how to use it. Nothing here requires an account, none of it costs anything, and we will never treat you differently for exercising any of it.

Stop us sharing your information for advertising
We use advertising pixels from LinkedIn, Google and Meta, and we sometimes upload business contact lists so we can advertise to specific people. Under California law that counts as “sharing,” and some states treat it as a “sale,” even though no money changes hands.
To stop it: email [email protected] and say you want to opt out of targeted advertising. We will remove you from our advertising audiences, suppress you from future uploads, and email you back when it is done. You do not need to explain why and we will not ask.
Or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Several browsers and extensions send this signal automatically. We treat it as a valid opt-out request and apply it without you having to contact us.
Control cookies on this site
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we ask before setting analytics, marketing or advertising cookies, and you can change your answer any time using the Cookie Settings link in our footer.
If you are visiting from anywhere else, those cookies are set when you arrive. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, browse in private or incognito mode, or email us and we will remove your tracking record and stop associating your browsing with you.
Stop getting our email
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we send, or email [email protected] and ask. Either works and we act on both promptly. Unsubscribing also sets an opt-out flag on your record in our marketing platform, which stops the website tracking that would otherwise be tied to you.
See, correct or delete what we hold about you
Email [email protected] and tell us which you want:
A copy of the personal information we hold about you, including where we got it, what we use it for, and who we have shared it with.
A correction, if something we hold is wrong.
Deletion of your personal information. We will delete what we can and tell you plainly if any of it has to be kept, for example for tax or contract records.
A portable copy, in a machine-readable format you can take elsewhere.
We may need to confirm your identity against the information we already hold before we act, so please write from the email address you gave us if you can. You can use an authorized agent, and we will ask them for proof of authority.
Control ads at the source
Opting out with us stops us targeting you. These settings control what the platforms themselves do, which is broader:
LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy, then Advertising data.
Google: myadcenter.google.com and adssettings.google.com.
Meta: Settings, then Ads, then Ad preferences.
Industry-wide opt-out tools: optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
What happens after you contact us
We confirm receipt, verify the request if we need to, and act on it. We respond within 45 days for requests under US state privacy laws, and within one month under the UK and EU GDPR. If a request is complex and we need the extension the law allows, we will tell you before the deadline rather than after.
If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and in states that provide a right of appeal we will tell you how to appeal.
If you are in the UK or the EEA and you are not satisfied with how we handled something, you can complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you gave us the chance to put it right first.
